In the late eighties, Western Australia was increasingly beholden to national and international real estate companies ensconced in Perth that operated in a formulated and traditional way of doing things.

In 1989 we set up a uniquely WA-focussed agency that addressed the particular needs of the market. We found that if we listened carefully, we could find more effective solutions for our clients. And by fully understanding their property aspirations, we became more innovative and proactive. And so began our journey.

Today Realmark is a WA real-estate industry leader that continues to prosper.

Our established network of thriving residential real estate sales and property management offices is well respected with home buyers, sellers and investors from our North West through to our South West.

Equally well respected is Realmark’s dedicated commercial and strata property teams. They span sales, leasing and property and strata management of commercial, industrial and retail property.
